Firing in confined spaces
If there is not enough space available between the gas turbine and heat generator, the GDG surface burner series is the first choice: These burners can be easily integrated into the turbine's flue gas channel and allow for firing capacities of up to 50 MW in natural gas operation.
The design is especially sturdy and practically maintenance-free: The gas exit fields consist of fixed segments of premium stainless steel which ensure flawless combustion at every firing rate. In addition to natural gas, bio gases in various compositions and special gases can be considered for combustion.
Regardless of the size, the special, open design of the heating surfaces guarantees not only outstanding emission value, but also unbeatable low pressure loss through the burner. In addition to a wide control range, the GDG is especially impressive in its uncomplicated design with no movable parts, which results in a practically unlimited service life.
