Flexible, compact burner for the lowest emissions
There are different ways to guarantee a permanent low emission level. The TEMINOX GLS pressure atomizer series offers what is probably the most effective way. Burners of this series are available either as monoblock or duoblock burners and have been optimized in every detail to ensure low-pollution combustion. It does not matter which version is used and whether gas or light oil will be used for combustion. A TEMINOX GLS ensures the lowest emission values for different heat generators and at every firing rate.
The key to the design is the sophisticated mixing system. It ensures that the fuel you use is always combusted with low NOx values and low air excess. That saves fuel and helps the environment. All parts can be reached in just a few simple steps, even for large sizes. This makes maintenance and servicing especially fast and easy.
The fuel fittings of the TEMINOX GLS are tested in the factory and come mounted ready to connect. Although the burner is delivered ready for commissioning and is based on standard components, it remains extremely flexible: For example the duoblock design can be operated with preheated air with no problem. A second fuel gas can also be added. It can also be used on furnaces with especially high backpressure, even with multiple burners on one fan.
The monoblock version combines the mixing system with an integrated high-performance fan optimally adapted to the burner. It is sufficient for almost any back pressure and works quietly and efficiently at every firing rate. Above all, the TEMINOX GLS is not only reliable, but also compact – even in the size unmatched worldwide with a capacity rating of 18.5 MW.
